Fakeaways PizzaRomanos Sour Dough Bases · Hellers Protein+ Sausages · Tegel Rashers · Dairyworks Cheese Slices · Lisa's Dips+
Ingredients
- Romanos Sour Dough Bases
- Hellers Protein+ Sausages, cooked and sliced
- Tegel Manuka Smoked Chicken Rashers
- Dairyworks Protein Cheese Slices
- Lisa's Dips (Roasted Romesco or Super Greens), to swirl through
Method
Preheat the oven as hot as it goes with a tray inside. Cook and slice the Hellers sausages, then scatter them over the sourdough bases with the Tegel rashers. Tear over the Dairyworks cheese slices instead of a block cheese — they melt fast and even. Bake on the hot tray until the cheese is bubbling and the base is crisp, about 10 to 12 minutes. Swirl a spoonful of Lisa's Dips over each pizza in place of a tomato base, right before serving.
