Ingredients
- 2 Rebel Bakehouse Soft & Fluffy Wraps
- 4 to 5 JUST Potatoes, cut into wedges
- Olive oil and salt
- Filling of choice: roast chicken, hummus, spinach or feta
Method
Toss the potato wedges in oil and salt and roast at 220°C for 25 minutes, until golden. Warm each wrap in a dry pan for 20 seconds a side. Layer the wedges and your fillings down the centre, roll tightly, and slice on an angle.
Five-Minute Creamy TagliatelleDiamond Pasta Egg Tagliatelle+
Ingredients
- 500g Diamond Pasta Egg Tagliatelle
- A knob of butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Grated parmesan and cracked pepper
Method
Boil the tagliatelle for 3 to 4 minutes, fresh egg pasta cooks fast. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining. Off the heat, toss the hot pasta with butter, garlic and parmesan, adding a splash of pasta water until it turns glossy. Finish with cracked pepper.

- 1 egg
- Chilli or soy sauce
Method
